NO SLEEPOVER

I started off the day mopping the floor like a mad woman. I was picking up after my kids mess and trying to straighten out most of there toys in preparation for the girls sleepover. I invited two of Kayla's friends that also happens to be our neighbors, Tamara and Kelly. Yesterday while waiting for the bus I asked Tamara's mom if she could come over for the sleepover and she said it was fine. However, when the girls got off the bus Tamara didn't look to good. I saw her mom putting her hand on Tamara's forehead, she was running a fever so I just told her to just call me if she can make it or not. This afternoon I got a text message from Kelly's mom that she was also running a fever and that Kelly was so upset since she still wanted to come. I felt so bad for both girls because I know they were looking forward to the sleepover with the 3 of them. There is always another time. I felt bad for Kayla as well since she waited the whole day, I explained to her why her friends were not coming and she understood. Oh well it wasn't like I had a clown or some entertainment coming, lol.
