WORRYING ABOUT HER
When it comes to joint pains my MIL is an expert at it. Diagnosed with RA( rheumatoid arthritis) she constantly takes medication day and night. She was Diagnosed when she was in her 40's and if she had not had medication she would not be able to do any activities at all. Now in her late 6o's she is still active but has limitations. It has been two years since she has gotten both of her knees replaced and she is doing good. However, her ankle joints are the ones that are giving her pain. She cannot walk on it for to long and she hates it. She hates that depending on anybody else and would rarely ask for my help at all. I worry about her on our upcoming vacation going back home. I will have to find out how we can go about getting a wheel chair for her when its time to transfer from one plane to another. If the terminals gates to our next flight are not that far she would be alright but if it isn't I would be more comfortable if she was in a wheel chair. We still have a few more month to decide about it but she know that whatever she decides I will respect her wishes.
