NEW YORK AND BACK

Wednesday I was surprised by a visit from my friend in Virginia. I was not expecting them until this coming Saturday. They are driving to New York to have a little vacation and just relax from work. They were suppose to stop by my house on the way back home but Rick decided that since they were passing by to just drop of the stuff they got for me.

We talked a little bit and they I asked them if they are still going to New York when a storm is brewing. Having already planned everything, they really wanted to go and from there see how bad its was going to be. The next day Biyaw called me so bummed out since the storm was so bad that they just decided to come home early. It got me worried when she said they were coming home in this awful weather. Knowing Biyaw, I'm pretty sure that they have a travel emergency plan. I'm a little paranoid when we go out specially when its snowing, I always try to stuff our van with extra blankets and food just in case get stranded. Hubby just laughs at me but its better to be prepared than sorry.

EXPERIMENT BY THE BRUISER

Princess Bruise covered in sooth,markers or what? Kayla just yelled " Kaitlyn's face looks weird!" I bolted thinking we was chocking and her face had turned purple. I was so relieved to see her dirty face though. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw her. I asked her what it was and she wouldn't say, I took a closer look and it wasnt markers. I knew she came out from my MIL room so I suspected she went through her makeup in the bathroom. She lead me to where she got all the stuff on her face and sure it was her Mima's mascara. Kaitlyn did put the lid back but it has black smears all over it.


I asked why she did that and said " I wanna put makeup on! I look fretty mama?". I very well couldn't get upset with that,lol. So I told her she looks gorgeous and beautiful but has to ask me next time or grandma before she touches anything,lol.. I can't imagine what she will be like in a few years from now. Gamely she posed for the camera when I took it out to document her makeup experiment,lol.
