FUTURE CHEF

Have I told you guys that my sister is enrolled is culinary school? Yup, she started last week and got to meet her first instructor a Moroccan chef. My sister is super excited about having this chance to finally go to school for something she really loves doing. Before she got into culinary school she worked for my aunt's little pizzeria place that had a location inside the bus terminal. That pizzeria seemed to be the best franchise to own with people clamoring for bigger and affordable pizza. Working there was great for her it polished her people's skill which she is already great at. Unfortunately she had to quit the job due to long hours and health reasons. If my sister keeps up with the demands of culinary school she will be successful in it and maybe become a sought after chef.

TO GROW VEGGIES OR NOT

It's crazy hot hot hot today. The vegetable plants are probably loving the sun shinning on them. Our neighbors little garden is flourishing and will be bearing some veggies very soon. To bad we may not be here to enjoy the veggies his giving to us when its ready. Angelo also has a garden full of veggies, I told him that we are planning on making our little patch of garden veggies next year. He said that next year he wants a bigger patch of land to plant. He might want to think about getting a garden windmills. Hopefully next year I will try my best to do that project and grow my own vegetable. I may even bring back some seeds from the Philippines like lemonsito, if I can do that. As long as Ralph will do the tilling and will get rid of any worms I see while I'm doing the planting I will do it.

GIDDY YAP COWGIRLS

My two gorgeous little girls Kayla and Kaitlyn. One of the highlight of our trip to Dutch Wonderland last May 15, 2010. Kaitlyn got on the pony first with Kayla still on the roller coaster ride with her daddy. Kaitlyn was so excited to get on the horse and did exactly what she was told. When she got off the horse she didn't leave right away, instead she rubbed side of the horse and gave it a big kiss. As for Kayla she is a pro, I guess its in her blood being half Native American Indian. She loves them and has quiet a few collection of toy horses. My kids are so brave, I don't think I would get on a horse for fear of falling off.
